Privacy
Last updated 25 October 2026. This page may change while Inkloom is in beta.
Inkloom is a notes app. Here's what it uses, why, and how to remove it, in plain words.
What we collect
- Your email address, so you can sign in with a code. There's no password.
- Your notes (pages, handwriting, typed text, pictures and PDFs), so they're the same on every PC you use.
- What you ask Quillet, and the pages it needs to read to answer you. We count how many questions you ask each day, but we don't keep what you asked.
How we use it
- Only to run Inkloom for you: signing in, keeping your notes in step between PCs, and answering Quillet.
- Never for advertising. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
- No tracking, analytics or usage reports in the app.
What stays on your PC
- Your notebooks are always saved on your PC too, so Inkloom works without the internet.
- The Claude connector is off unless you turn it on. When it's on, the Claude app on your PC can read and mark your pages when you ask it to.
This website
- No cookies, no tracking and no analytics.
- If you switch between light and dark, that choice is saved in your own browser and nowhere else.
Deleting your information
You can delete your account from inside Inkloom (or Fennly). We send a code to your email to make sure it's you, then everything linked to your account is erased. Anything saved on your PC stays there until you remove it or uninstall Inkloom.
If you're under 18
Many people who use Inkloom are students under 18. If that's you, please check with a parent or guardian before you make an account.
